I adapt testing to the objective and available resources, using methods such as remote testing (Maze), moderated testing (Meet), interviews or A/B testing. Depending on the case, I coordinate with UX Research and support with notes, interviews, recruitment or insights. The results guide improvements and, if necessary, help to create User Personas, Customer Journeys or Empathy Maps to go deeper into the user's needs.
